- Legitimate interests: To monitor our impact targets (e.g., 60% of graduates starting income-generating activities within 3 months) and to improve our vocational training in baking, sewing, hairdressing, solar installation, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and welding.

- Consent: For sending you promotional materials or using your testimonial on our website. You may withdraw consent at any time.


6. How We Use Your Information 

We use your personal data to:

- Process your application and enrol you in the 100-Student Pilot Programme or subsequent intakes.

- Provide practical, low-cost vocational training and business skills to youth (aged 16-35), women (including single mothers and widows), persons with disabilities, and informal traders.

- Administer the "earn while you learn" model, including calculating and distributing 70% of sales proceeds as student stipends.

- Report anonymised impact data to donors, including Irish Aid, CBM Global, churches, and other funding partners.

- Communicate with you about course schedules, fees (cost-recovery of approximately \$20 per student, waived for vulnerable cases), and community production groups.

- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements in Zimbabwe.


7. Disclosure of Your Information 

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information with:

- Service providers: Community halls or shared equipment providers where training is conducted.

- Donors and funding partners: Aggregated, anonymised data demonstrating impact targets (e.g., average \$40/month income increase per graduate). Identifiable data is shared only with your explicit consent or where required by grant agreements.

Stipend payment records are kept for seven years in compliance with potential audit requirements from funding partners.
