The Greenivy School of Entrepreneurship Trust (GiSET) was established in response to a critical economic challenge: over 60% youth unemployment in Zimbabwe and a systemic lack of affordable vocational pathways for marginalized populations. Recognising that standard academic routes often overlook the immediate financial needs of vulnerable families, we established GiSET as a registered charitable trust.

Operating initially out of resource-efficient, borrowed community venues in Chipinge and leveraging shared equipment, our model ensures that every dollar of funding goes directly toward student transformation and local empowerment.
