Greenivy Schoof Entrepreneurship Trust (hereinafter referred to as "the Trust") is a registered trust established under the laws of Zimbabwe, with Deed No. [MA___/2026] registered at the Deeds Office, Harare. The Trust operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, and no profits are distributed to its members or trustees.

Trustees:
The Trust is governed by a Board of five independent Trustees. The designated contact person for all legal and administrative correspondence is Ivy Chitambo.
Legal Status and Limitation of Liability
The Trust is a non-profit entity. No trustee, employee, or volunteer of the Trust shall be held personally liable for any debts, obligations, or liabilities incurred by the Trust in the ordinary course of its charitable operations. Any liability shall be limited to the assets of the Trust.
Governing Law
This Legal Notice and all matters relating to the operation of the Trust shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the activities of the Trust shall first be referred to mediation. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
Amendments
The Trust reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website (https://gset.co.zw) and will take effect immediately upon publication.
